These basic rights are essential rights for an individual to truly pursue happiness as the Declaration of Independence States. These rights are most known when we think of the &#8220;black civil rights movement&#8221; even though they have always been around throughout history. The purpose of that movement was for blacks and other minorities to have equal rights with the rest of Americans. These rights can include; freedom of speech, right to assemble, freedom of religion, and other procedural rights to fair trials and impartial taxation.</p>
<p>The purpose of Civil Rights was to end discrimination on the basis of race, gender, religion, national origin, age, sexual orientation and any other natural distinction. Civil Rights are important to protect the individual from the tyranny and injustice of the majority. You guarantee peace and stability if you protect the minorities in a country. The more protected we are as an individual the more we can pursue what is written in the second sentence of the declaration of independence. It reads, &#8220;We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. If we were not protected by civil rights than we could be discriminated against and would not be able to exercise are rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. This would cause chaos and oppression for those that may not fall into the correct class or ethnicity. These rights allow you to become whomever you want without fear or reproach. These rights have made the United States a beacon to the rest of the world.</p>

Most people recognize the long term hit on their credit that a bankruptcy filing will have and make every effort to pay their debts accordingly. Unfortunately as evidence by the recent economic downfall there are matters that affect the ability to pay debts that are out of the average person&#8217;s control. With recent record job losses in a stale economy followed by a record number of foreclosures many people have found themselves in the unprecedented position of having more debt than income and no hope of any immediate change in status. These facts won&#8217;t stop the unrelenting calls from bill collectors or letters from collection agencies from coming though. If you cringe every time the phone rings and dread getting the mail you probably already know your options are limited. </p>
<p>Bankruptcy may be the only viable option to have a fresh start and rebuild your credit back up. Look at it this way, if your debts are going unpaid, the interest rate is piling up which means the debt is getting bigger and with no realistic change in your income the likelihood that you are protecting your credit by not filing bankruptcy is just wishful thinking. Since bankruptcy is such a complex subject you cannot do it alone. Bankruptcy falls under the jurisdiction of the Federal courts, not the local or state courts and the rules and regulations that guide the process are complex. For example the courts now require that anyone filing bankruptcy receive credit counseling within 180 days of filing and the certification to verify this requirement goes in the court filing papers.</p>
<p>You will also need to show income, assets, debt and expenses. The patent attorney reviews the invention and decides whether it is fit to be patented or not. It is his responsibility to evaluate if the invention is useful, unique, and relevant. Then based on his evaluation, he recommends to the client whether or not to submit a patent application for the invention. </p>
<p>The patent attorney gets to decide if it is suitable to apply for a patent or not based on his findings. The application must include documents detailing the invention precisely, its usefulness together with the diagrams and illustrations, and definition of the rightful claims to the patent rights that may be awarded to the inventor. Once this application has been submitted, it is now in the hands of a patent examiner. The patent attorney keeps in contact with the examiner to discuss issues related to patent rights and claims and to negotiate for the best interest of his client.</p>

Are people being too reckless with their commitments? Do people really think that the love they feel will see them through anything?</p>
<p>The biggest problem leading to divorce is a lack of communication between the partners. It really is a partnership, where each needs to know what the other is doing and thinking on a regular basis, as in daily. You need to make sure that you are both marching to the same drummer with the same goals in sight, both short term goals as well as long term goals, and without that communication, divorce is almost inevitable.</p>
<p>Is this a difficult thing? It should not be, but in today’s world where most households have both spouses working, it can prove to be difficult. When both spouses arrive at home after a long hard day at work, both are tired, perhaps irritable, neither feels like fixing dinner, and communication can often be the last thing on either one’s mind.
